    Return & Exchange Policy



    We allow returns of most of the items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn and must have all tags/labels and protective materials attached.

    Refunds & price adjustments will only be credited to in the original form of payment and/or account used to make the original purchase.


    To be eligible for a refund, all returning items must meet the following criteria:

    Accessories - Can be returned if the items are unopened and are in the original manufacturer's packaging.

    Bags - must be in the same condition as were sold with the original tags/labels attached.

    Racquets/Paddles -The plastic wrap on the handle has not been removed. Strung racquets can be returned however, the cost of the strings and the stringing service is not refundable.

    Shoes - must be unworn and in be the same condition as were sold.
    Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer's box, which should be undamaged. Returns of shoes without the shoe box are not accepted.

    Strings - Sets of strings can be returned if unopened and in original manufacturer's packaging. Reels returns are not accepted.

    • Gift cards
    • Reels of String
    • Tennis Balls
    • Discounted items of 40% or more

    Returning Process

    • In person – visit our store during business hours.


    • By mail/courier: contact us by email [email protected] and provide us with the following information: your name, order number, reason for returning


    A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours and will provide you with the product return shipping instructions.



    Only certain products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be approved by customer service.
